Buyer-Arranged Transport

Product-Specific Rules
Different product types have different handling requirements.
Live Animals
- •Buyer or their agent must be present at collection
- •Animals are inspected and accepted at point of collection
- •Seller may provide photos/videos before dispatch
- •Transport crates and handling are buyer's responsibility unless agreed
- •No returns once animal leaves the farm
Fresh Produce
- •Perishable — delivery within 24–48 hours of harvest
- •Inspect on arrival; raise issues within 2 hours
- •Cold-chain delivery recommended for long distances
- •Seasonal availability may affect order fulfilment
Chilled & Frozen Meat
- •Maintained at correct temperature throughout transit
- •Seller confirms cold-chain capability before dispatch
- •Inspect packaging integrity on arrival
- •Do not accept if packaging is damaged or temperature compromised
Dry Goods & Farm Inputs
- •Standard packaging and handling
- •Inspect for damage or short weight on arrival
- •Raise claims within 24 hours of delivery
- •Bulk orders may require multiple trips
